Using the service
Funeral Slideshow helps you create a memorial video from photographs, captions and music. You must be an adult or have an adult authorized to manage the project. Keep account credentials private and provide a reachable email address. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, captions and image order before relying on a finished film.
Your photographs and music
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us permission to store, process and render it only as needed to provide the service and handle your support requests. Upload only material you have permission to use. A music upload does not grant public-performance or other third-party music rights. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or material that violates another person’s rights.
Free preview and planned paid options
The free draft supports up to 10 photographs and a watermarked 720p preview. Paid upgrades are not available until checkout is enabled. Any displayed paid prices describe planned options, not a charge or a completed order. When available, review the price, included features and your draft before buying; no subscription is implied.
Availability and event planning
Rendering time varies with file format, photograph count and service load. We cannot promise a particular completion time or uninterrupted availability. Leave time to review the result, download it and test playback on the intended screen and audio equipment before a ceremony. Keep a backup of your original photographs.
Expiry and downloads
Project access expires seven days after project creation. Daily cleanup removes expired media; an edit or future purchase does not automatically extend project expiry unless expressly stated. Save a local copy before expiry. Private download links allow access to whoever holds them; share them carefully.
Technical problems and future purchases
For an incomplete render, incorrect charge or technical delivery problem, contact contact@funeralslideshow.org with the project or order reference. Do not submit card details or passwords. When paid services are enabled, any applicable refund and cancellation information will be shown before purchase. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Examples and acceptable use
Public example photographs and characters are fictional AI-generated demonstrations and do not represent real customers. Do not attempt to access another person’s files, bypass limits or disrupt the service. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.
